APR Exhaust – Catback System – S3 (8V)
The APR Catback Exhaust System personalizes your vehicle's looks, sound and performance. Beautifully hand-crafted T304-stainless-steel components adorn the system with stunning TIG-welding throughout. Our straight-through brushed-finished mufflers smooth the exhaust note to a deep growl, without adding restrictions, while our Helmholtz resonator reduces unwanted frequencies. Strong high-quality bracketry and OEM-style clamps hold the system steadily in place, making the install or removal a snap, and fitment simple, yet precise. A cast 3" to quad 2.5" rear splitter creates an ultra-smooth transition, steadily feeding exhaust gasses out of the system, while looking tidy from under the rear bumper. Our cast valve housings enable the vehicle to be fitted with the factory electronic valve actuators, retaining OEM valve operation. Finally, removable 4" polished slash-cut exhaust tips finish the system, adding a classy motorsport-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle.
APR Cast Race DPs – 4.0 TFSI (S8) Fit Kit
The Audi S8's factory catback exhaust system is located in a slightly different location compared to other models. As such, the APR Adapter is required for proper fitment with the factory catback exhaust. The fit kit consists of two OEM clamps and extension pipes. The system bolts directly between the APR Race DPs and factory catback pipes.

APR K04-64 Turbo System – 2.0T Transverse – EA888 Gen 1
The APR K04 Turbocharger System is a drop in turbo upgrade that dramatically increases power. With this upgrade and accompanying software, expect power similar to a heavily tuned Golf R, S3, TT-S, and other high end vehicles, as the K04 comes standard on those vehicles. Transient response is lightning fast with minimal lag. Power comes on quick, and stays strong through the entire powerband. Best of all, the system is designed as a budget upgrade compared to larger turbocharger systems, and only requires minimal hardware, most of which is available to APR Stage 2 customers.
Turbocharger:
APR uses Genuine Borg Warner components. The heart of the system is a Borg Warner K04-64. The CNC-machined billet compressor wheel and stainless steel exhaust manifold are a substantial leap in technology, performance, and reliability over the factory unit. Unlike the off the shelf K04-64 unit, APR's unit is customized. We integrated the DV into the compressor cover, just like the factory turbo it replaces. In doing so, clutter and complexity is removed. The DV mounts to the turbo, eliminating several potential boost leak points. We've also removed the turbo muffler, and added an ez-flow silicon hose. It's a simple and clean install. With many thousands of these units sold for more than a decade, we can confidently say these turbos are powerful, and reliable.
MAP Sensor:
Each kit includes the necessary factory Bosch 3-bar map sensor.
Install hardware:
We don't cut any corners with this system. All gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, studs, and one time use clamps are included with this upgrade, making install as headache free as possible.

APR Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade – 3.0 TFSI – C7 A6/A7
This is the APR Ultracharger System.
The APR Ultracharger System dramatically increases horsepower and torque, and maximizes the power potential of the 3.0 TFSI. It removes a massive pre-supercharger restriction, allowing uninterrupted airflow into the supercharger for up to an astonishing 542 HP with APR's Supercharger and Crank Pulleys. Stunning carbon fiber and smooth cast-aluminum adorn the system, creating a clean and simple install that looks just as powerful as it is. Finally, APR's innovative Ultracharger ECU Upgrade delivers a smooth and exciting driving experience, and it is included as a free upgrade to all who own an APR Stage II ECU Upgrade.
The Restriction
The factory throttle body is a massive power-robbing restriction. Its cross-sectional area is ~25% smaller than the supercharger's inlet, causing airflow to plummet at high supercharger speeds. It's responsible for losses as high as 33 HP!
The Solution
The APR Ultracharger Throttle Body is huge. Its cross-sectional area is ~28% larger than stock, and an additional 5% larger than the supercharger's inlet. It completely eliminates the throttle body as a point of restriction and allows for maximum airflow into the supercharger.
