APR Exhaust – Catback System – MK7 GTI

$2,089.95
The APR Catback Exhaust System personalizes your vehicle's looks, sound and performance. Beautifully hand-crafted T304-stainless-steel components adorn the system with stunning TIG-welding throughout. Our straight-through brushed-finished mufflers are configurable to your desire, smoothing the exhaust note to a deep growl, without adding restrictions, rasp or drone. Strong high-quality bracketry and OEM-style clamps hold the system steadily in place, making the install or removal a snap, and fitment simple, yet precise. A cast 3" to dual 2.5" rear splitter creates an ultra-smooth transition, steadily feeding exhaust gasses out of the system, while looking tidy from under the rear bumper. Finally, removable 4" polished slash-cut exhaust tips finish the system, adding a classy motorsport-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle. System Overview Our exhaust system uses larger piping compared to the factory exhaust system, yet weights 5 lbs. less and 1 lb. less with the optional front muffler. We use 3" OD piping, which then splits to a dual 2.5" design. The factory system uses 2.56" piping, which reduces to 2.36" before splitting, greatly diminishing the overall diameter of the system. Finally, our system's 4" exhaust tips dwarf the factory 3.15" tips, giving the rear of the vehicle a sportier look.

APR K04-64 Turbo System – 2.0T Transverse – EA888 Gen 2 – TT

$4,749.95
The APR K04 Turbocharger System is a drop in turbo upgrade that dramatically increases power. With this upgrade and accompanying software, expect power similar to a heavily tuned Golf R, S3, TT-S, and other high end vehicles, as the K04 comes standard on those vehicles. Transient response is lightning fast with minimal lag. Power comes on quick, and stays strong through the entire powerband. Best of all, the system is designed as a budget upgrade compared to larger turbocharger systems, and only requires minimal hardware, most of which is available to APR Stage 2 customers. Turbocharger: APR uses Genuine Borg Warner components. The heart of the system is a Borg Warner K04-64. The CNC-machined billet compressor wheel and stainless steel exhaust manifold are a substantial leap in technology, performance, and reliability over the factory unit. Unlike the off the shelf K04-64 unit, APR's unit is customized. We integrated the DV into the compressor cover, just like the factory turbo it replaces. In doing so, clutter and complexity is removed. The DV mounts to the turbo, eliminating several potential boost leak points. We've also removed the turbo muffler, and added an ez-flow silicon hose. It's a simple and clean install. With many thousands of these units sold for more than a decade, we can confidently say these turbos are powerful, and reliable. Install hardware: We don't cut any corners with this system. All gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers, studs, and one time use clamps are included with this upgrade, making install as headache free as possible. Software: APR's Stage 3 K04 ECU Upgrade is included with this purchase. Please visit your applicable vehicle ECU upgrade page for more information about the software, including recommended and required hardware, power figures, and other details.

APR High Pressure Fuel Pump – 2.5 TFSI

$3,549.95
The APR High Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) dramatically increases the maximum volume of fuel the HPFP can deliver. In doing so, the direct injection fueling system is capable of satisfying fueling requirements set forth by high horsepower setups. This is accomplished by increasing the displacement of the pump using high quality components to exacting tolerances. How the direct injection system works: A low pressure fuel pump (LPFP) in the fuel tank delivers fuel to the high pressure fuel pump (HPFP) at roughly 4 to 6 bar. Fuel pressure is then bumped up to a maximum of 145 bar, depending on factory parts, with the HPFP. Finally, high pressure fuel is delivered to the injectors, which spray directly into the cylinders. The problem: The volume of fuel the HPFP pump can displace is directly tied to the displacement of the pump (Internal bore size, and camshaft dictated stroke), and engine speed. The pump is driven off of a camshaft. Even the factory turbocharger is capable of taxing this system, especially in the mid to lower RPM range where fuel volume is lower. The APR solution: We dramatically increase the volume of fuel the HPFP can displace at every RPM by increasing the displacement of the HPFP. This is accomplished by increasing the bore diameter of the pump's internal pressurizing cylinder. It's important to understand, despite the name, a HPFP upgrade is not necessary designed to increase the engine's fuel rail pressure. The primary goal is to increase the volume of fuel available, which will keep fuel pressure steady even in the most demanding of situations! High quality components and extreme tolerances: The HPFP internals must be machined to extreme tolerances and installed in a clean environment or the pump can easily fail. Dimensional tolerances on the APR HPFP are as tight as .00004" and geometric tolerances are as tight as .00005". The plunger and barrel are created from certified and heat-treated bearing-grade stainless steel and the plunger undergoes a special diamond like coating process for exceptional surfaces hardness and ultra-reliable operation. To prevent float associated with altering the plunger's mass, APR supplies each unit with a properly specified spring. All necessary internal seals are replaced. Internal testing: All APR HPFPs are assembled in house under strict assembly guidelines. Each pump is then tested on our test rig to ensure the pumps operate as designed. This step is important for several reasons. It's critical in determining if a pump has a failure from incorrect install, a leaking seal, or a bad solenoid. Secondly, a seized pump on the vehicle at startup can cause damage to the engine's camshaft. By testing each pump, we all but eliminate these possibility. Proven track record: APR pioneered HPFP upgrades in the early days of VAG direct injection engines. Soon after, APR became an OEM supplier of HPFP and GDI components to VAG for use in various race cars, racing series, project cars, and concept vehicles. The APR HPFP has been at the center of countless motorsport victories across the globe and has operated with a nearly perfect tract record since the program's motorsport backed inception in 2006. With tens of thousands of pumps sold, APR has a wealth of knowledge, and manufacturing expertise necessary to deliver a product that will and has stood the test of time. This kit includes a newly rebuilt pump.

APR Billet Stainless-Steel Dogbone / Subframe Mount Insert MQB (V1)

$124.95
The APR Billet Stainless-Steel Dogbone / Subframe Mount Insert limits driveline movement, which helps to minimize wheel-hop and torque steer. This provides a more direct driving experience by eliminating slop in the driveline and does so without introducing excessive or uncomfortable driveline vibration and noise. The APR insert is created from thick, billet, stainless-steel. All mounts will slightly deform under use, but unlike all other units created from rubber, polyurethane, and even billet-aluminum, the APR unit will not heavily deform to the point of failure. Rest assured this simple upgrade will last the test of time, unlike others, and packs a limited lifetime warranty against cracking! We offer the mount in two different configurations depending on the style of your factory mount. Be sure to check your subframe mount before purchase, and remember to always replace your factory 1-time use subframe bolt!

APR Supercharger Crank Pulley – 3.0 TFSI

$704.95
APR's Supercharger Drive and Crank Pulley Upgrades dramatically increase horsepower and torque by increasing the rotational speed of the factory supercharger. APR's Stage II Pulley ECU Upgrade makes the necessary engine management adjustments to handle the increased supercharger speeds, and in turn allows the engine to create more power. The pulleys are sold separately, allowing for multiple levels of performance, each of which builds upon the other. Finally, when combined with APR's Ultracharger Throttle Body Upgrade in a dual pulley setup, the system is alleviated of power robbing inlet restrictions, allowing the engine to achieve exciting new levels of performance! APR's Supercharger Crank Pulley Upgrade increases the diameter of the factory pulley from ~162mm to ~187mm, which in turn spins the supercharger ~15.4% faster. This results in a larger bump in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range, as the supercharger is spinning at an even higher rate of speed. The pulley retains the factory harmonically balanced crank pulley and bolts on top of the existing unit. It is CNC machined from light weight billet aluminum with weight saving pockets throughout. It has an anodized black finish and includes new crank pulley bolts.

APR Catch Can – MK6 Golf R (ROW)

$1,029.95
The APR Oil Catch Can System replaces the failure prone factory positive crank ventilation (PCV) system and traps excessive crankcase oil vapors and gunk from entering the engine. The system eliminates a common performance robbing boost leak, while reducing carbon buildup on intake valves, octane lowering oil vapors and oil pooling within the intake tract. It's a simple modification to install, drains in seconds with the flick of a knob, and is recommended at all stages of performance.

APR Boost leak tester – K03/K04/Stage3 Adapter

$199.95
APR is pleased to present Boost Leak Testing Systems for various engine configurations. Boost leaks are a common cause for running issues and power loss on turbocharged vehicles. Leaks can come from scenarios as simple as a tiny hole in an intercooler or charge piping, a leaky connection, damaged DV or PCV and/or any number of other locations making troubleshooting very difficult. Furthermore, locating a leak is made more difficult due to the necessity to pressurizing the system, which typically only occurs while physically operating the vehicle.
