The APR Catback Exhaust System personalizes your vehicle's looks, sound and performance. Beautifully hand-crafted T304-stainless-steel components adorn the system with stunning TIG-welding throughout. Our straight-through brushed-finished stainless-steel piping give the exhaust note an aggressive growl without any restrictions, while our Helmholtz resonator reduces unwanted frequencies. Strong high-quality bracketry and OEM-style clamps hold the system steadily in place, making the install or removal a snap, and fitment simple, yet precise. A cast 3" to quad 2.5" rear splitter creates an ultra-smooth transition, steadily feeding exhaust gasses out of the system, while looking tidy from under the rear bumper. Lastly removable 4" polished slash-cut exhaust tips finish the system, adding a classy motorsport-inspired touch to the rear of the vehicle.
For the more track minded enthusiasts where weight, sound and price point all are highly desired metrics, the APR Valveless system is the desired configuration. In this configuration the axle back portion of the exhaust has the mufflers and valves removed. Weight drops considerably and the system becomes more aggressive. With the factory DP in place, the system is louder and more aggressive, but thanks to the center Helmholtz chamber, drone is reduced, giving a more pleasant, yet aggressive driving experience. However, when upgrading to the APR Race DP, the system transforms and becomes unapologetically raw with maximum aggression - A true track enthusiast's dream.

APR Turbo Muffler Delete

All too often OEM components must sacrifice various performance minded characteristics in an effort to appeal to a wide variety of customers. While an enthusiast typically wants better boost response and more power, all while hearing the turbocharger breathe, a non-enthusiast may give up these characteristics for a quieter ride. In the case of the factory IHI turbocharger, a turbo muffler, or Pulsations-schalldämpfer, is positioned at the compressor outlet and is designed to reduce engine bay acoustics.
The APR Turbo Muffler Delete replaces the factory muffler with a straight, uninterrupted piece, CNC-machined from billet aluminum and anodized black. To ensure proper sealing, APR's engineers took a two-part approach. A Viton seal is included and forms a seal between the base of the muffler housing and the new piece. With the seal in place and the outer flange installed, the muffler delete tube screws into place, forming a full, uninterrupted path for airflow.
APR's 2-Piece Design Explained:
As is true with all machined parts, it's impossible to make all parts the same. In the case of the turbo muffler housing, the distance between the bottom and top of the muffler's housing will vary from turbo to turbo. The acceptable measurement range is known as a tolerance. The nominal distance between the top and bottom of the turbo muffler's mounting points is roughly 51 mm. The tolerance on this part can be as loose as +/- .5mm or more. This means some muffler housings will be up to 51.5mm tall, or as low as 49.5mm tall. Since the distance between the top and bottom of the muffler chamber will be different on every turbo, a 1-piece turbo muffler delete will always be either too tall or too short. On systems that are too tall, the delete will touch the bottom but will not touch the top mounting point, creating an imperfect seal and potential for a boost leak. If the part is too short, the system will seal at the top, but will leave a small gap at the bottom, thus negating the purpose of the part as illustrated in the diagram below.
APR's 2-piece design solves this issue with an adjustable height design. While a 2-piece design is more difficult and expensive to manufacture, it's the only way to ensure an accurate fit and perfect seal. APR provides a Viton seal that's placed at the bottom of the muffler housing. The muffler cover is then installed forming a seal with the factory gasket. Then, the center tube is inserted and screwed into place to the desired depth, compressing against the Viton seal to ensure a leak proof seal in every scenario. Finally Tension from the seal prevents the tube from coming loose, and the included Loctite provides extra security from movement. With the turbo muffler deleted, the APR design provides a smooth, turbulence free, and leak proof path for airflow existing the turbo!

The APR Oil Catch Can System replaces the failure prone factory positive crank ventilation (PCV) system and traps excessive crankcase oil vapors and gunk from entering the engine. The system eliminates a common performance robbing boost leak, while reducing carbon buildup on intake valves, octane lowering oil vapors and oil pooling within the intake tract. It's a simple modification to install, drains in seconds with the flick of a knob, and is recommended at all stages of performance.

The factory injectors found in the Audi S3, Audi TTS, VW Golf ED30, VW Golf ED35, VW Golf Pirelli, VW Golf R & VW Scirocco R, Seat Leon Cupra & Seat Leon Cupra R K04 based vehicle are the largest Bosch HDEV 1 gasoline direct injection injectors currently available for the VAG 2.0T FSI EA113 engine platform. Capable of supporting over 500 HP in extreme applications, these gasoline direct injection injectors feature the proper spray pattern designed to support reliable operation in all normal conditions.
These injectors are approximately 13% larger than the standard injectors supplied on K03 based vehicles and are required for any APR 2.0T FSI K04 customer sourcing injectors for the kit.

APR Runner Flap Delete – 2.0T EA113

The APR Runner Flap Delete (RFD) System is a motorsport inspired upgrade designed to eliminate airflow restrictions within the factory intake manifold. This product is for anyone looking to maximize performance on highly tuned engines. The runner flaps are individual plates, much like a throttle body flap, located within the intake manifold runners. Unfortunately even when opened to the maximum position, the flaps still represent an airflow restriction.
Simply removing the runner flaps can cause adverse running conditions during cold start. However through proper ECU recalibrations, APR's able to provide RFD specific software for all APR software stages to eliminate this harsh running condition. This is a free upgrade for all existing APR ECU Upgrade customers with this purchase.
Power Gains: At Stage 3 airflow levels, typical results showed a decrease in turbocharger lag, more than a 10 ft-lbs. of torque gain and more than a 10 horsepower gain.
Recommendations: This modification is recommended for APR Stage 2+ and higher modified engines.
