A cast 3" to dual 2.5" rear splitter creates an ultra-smooth transition, steadily feeding exhaust gasses out of the system, while looking tidy from under the rear bumper. The APR Intake System for the 2.5 TFSI, found in the Audi RS3 and TT RS, is now available for the 2019 model year North American vehicles thanks to the new APR Intake Adapter. The adapter is made from CNC machined billet aluminum, with stainless steel bolts, and worm gear clamps, with a nylon reinforced silicon dv reroute hose. The system is easy to install and is plug and play.

APR Roll-Control Stabilizer Bars are designed to improve corner handling without diminishing ride quality. This simple, yet effective upgrade reduces cornering load differentials between your vehicle's inner and outer wheels during cornering. In doing so they improve the vehicle's under and oversteer balance, giving the vehicle greater stability and control, with increased grip. Each bar is manufactured using the latest high-end techniques to offer a strong, weldless design capable of withstanding harsh track conditions.
Front and rear bars are sold separately, but are designed for use together. Rear bars include a new set of poly bushings to further reduce undesirable suspension flex. Front bars also include new bushings, as well as new mounting brackets with hardware, and billet spacers. Lastly, where applicable, some bars offer further fine-tuning through the addition of multiple suspension pickup-points.

APR Boost Leak Tester – Regulator

APR is pleased to present Boost Leak Testing Systems for various engine configurations.
Boost leaks are a common cause for running issues and power loss on turbocharged vehicles. Leaks can come from scenarios as simple as a tiny hole in an intercooler or charge piping, a leaky connection, damaged DV or PCV and/or any number of other locations making troubleshooting very difficult. Furthermore, locating a leak is made more difficult due to the necessity to pressurizing the system, which typically only occurs while physically operating the vehicle.
The APR Boost Leak Testing Systems allows for both visual and auditory inspection on a stationary vehicle. The kit allows for supplying and regulating a continuous supply of compressed air, typically via an air compressor, through the system.
The process is simple:
- Connect the adapter to the application specific connection location (usually at the turbocharger).
- Connect the pressure regulator hose to the adapter's bung.
- Ensure the pressure regulator is turned all the way down and then connect a continuous air supply to the regulator.
- Pressurize the system to normal operating pressure.
- Listen for leaks and spray soapy water on connections and look for bubbles to indicate a leak.
Once the leak is found, simply take the necessary steps to stop the leak and go on enjoying more power and a better driving experience!

System Overview
Our exhaust system uses larger piping compared to the factory exhaust system, yet weights 5 lbs. less and 1 lb. less with the optional front muffler. We use 3" OD piping, which then splits to a dual 2.5" design. The factory system uses 2.56" piping, which reduces to 2.36" before splitting, greatly diminishing the overall diameter of the system. Finally, our system's 4" exhaust tips dwarf the factory 3.15" tips, giving the rear of the vehicle a sportier look.
APR Closed Carbon Fiber Intake – B8 6/8 Cyl Intake Airbox

The APR Closed Carbon Fiber Intake System is an attractive, high-performance upgrade designed to increase performance by letting the engine breathe more freely. Performance is optimized by improving mass airflow through the system, while also adequately filtering the incoming air. The system provides a direct airflow path through the system to the filter, and removes the rubber inlet snorkel, which has been known to collapse under load, and devastate power deliver. Expect increased horsepower, torque, sharper throttle response, enhanced fuel economy, enhanced engine sound, lower intake air temperature (IAT) and a more attractive engine bay! Lastly, 3.0T Supercharged engine customers can take advantage of a larger rear charger inlet pipe, which maximizes mass airflow, and removes a factory sound dampening resonator.
Power Gains
Using the upgraded air box alone, the 3.0T engine picked up 11 AWHP, and 15 AWHP when adding the rear inlet pipe. This was achieved at only Stage 1 power levels. As airflow requirements increase, so does the potential for more power. Likewise, on the 4.2L FSI V8 we measured 10 HP through the rev range on an otherwise stock vehicle.
